What Are the Parameters?
Material: Surface Print is compatible with any color of solid surface material, including translucent varieties for backlit designs.
Finish Options: Choose from matte, satin, or high-gloss finishes with our UV-stable labGLASS clear coat.
Size: Single panels can be up to 5’ x 12’ in size. Larger installations can span multiple panels.
Color Matching: We support Pantone Matching System (PMS) for exact color replication.
File Formats: Submit Adobe design files, vector graphics, PDFs, or high-res JPGs. High-resolution graphics are necessary for sharp end results.
Thermoforming: Panels can be thermoformed to meet curved design requirements – without distorting the print.
Panels that span across seams won’t have image continuity through adhesive joints due to the sanding process. However, we ensure seamless alignment using aerospace-grade Z-Clips.
